This is the 3rd time I've HAD to go there either for an issue or to get a new phone and every single time I've been given false information. Not to mention the HORRIBLE wait time. So your there waiting for hours and still end up at square one. Even if you have an appointment I've still had to wait awhile to be seen. The store in Lee's Summit is way better!

Go across the hwy to Sprint store by Costco. They guy in there was great. Fixed my problem at no charge. And talked me into buying a wireless charger.
