  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MISSOURI!!! I called to check on products they had in stock and the "manager" Myra was rude as hell! She was sassy and threw an attitude at me when I asked if she could assist. She sighed heavily like I had asked her to do her job - God forbid. She put me on hold for ten minutes and when another "manager" came on the phone she didn't apologize about the long wait nor introduce herself. She barked at me, "What do you want?!" Her name was Marsha and apparently she was another rude as hell "manager." She was argumentative and referred to me as "Hun." And when I told her calling me pet names was unprofessional she snapped at me and said she could call me whatever she wanted and even accused me of being rude for correcting her!!! Who does that to a customer who feels uncomfortable and disrespects already!?!? She played games like saying she couldn't hear me when I was talking. She kept putting me on hold without warning me and for long periods of time. She lied about the phone number to her manager and gaveme the wrong email address to corporate and argued that she didn't need my business. NEVER SHOPPING HERE EVER. RUDE AS HELL!!! They have 2-star ratings as is and I see why! This store is FAILING. I hope they close down or fire Myra and Marsha. Out with the stink and in with brand new management!!!
