  Leonard was very professional. Took care of us quickly, gave my fiancee and I time to discuss, and while he was helping us, we had his undivided attention! He wasn't pushy, in fact, I let him know my budget right off the bat hoping to streamline the process. From that point on, he suggested things that I would NEED only, and didn't make me feel unworthy because I couldn't afford much. I had ordered a suit online for my wedding trying to save money, and you can probably guess how that turned out... 5 days late, and totally wrong. Barely fit my 13 year old, much less me. So here I was... 3 days before my wedding with Thanksgiving in the way, and no suit! Leonard got me in a Ralph Lauren that was out of my budget, saying " Don't worry... I'll make it work for you!" And he did in fact, make it work! With emergency tailoring, I'll have my suit in less than 24 hours... 20 hours before my wedding! I'm VERY impressed with the service I was given, and my suit is fantastic! Leonard and co. saved the day for sure, and for this I will be forever grateful. They have earned my business in the future, as well as my 5 sons" for years to come. I will recommend them to my many friends as well! Thanks again! Michael West Update: I picked up my suit after 6:00 pm as promised! It fit me better than any suit I have ever owned and I looked fantastic on my wedding day! That's all I heard all day long... Not that I'm complaining! I really appreciate what these guys did for me! nobody needs stress on their wedding day because there's plenty of it to go around, but my suit , and this experience with Men's Wearhouse Independence was completely stress free for me and I have these guys to thank for it!

  What a great experience working with the staff. Leonard and Wallace went out of their way to make sure my granddaughter rocked the runway as a flower girl at her mothers wedding on Saturday Aug. 5. Her dress needed alterations and we didn't find out until almost closing time today Aug. 4. They agreed to alter her flower dress today. My grandson, his Stepfather, best man and five-groomsmen chose the perfect tuxedos. Kudos to the entire staff.
