  I don't buy with rebate items anymore. Never get the money back. Ordered a firepit that was suppose to only take a week. Called every two days was given a different date each time. After four weeks decided to get a refund. Clerk acted like it was no big deal. To me it was. Went to Menards showed them my receipt got one in three days same price. Thanks Menards

  Normally I love Lowe's, everybody is super nice and helpful. This time the employee was rude and didn't want to speak with me on my project, told me maybe I should wait for my husband to return (restroom) so he would better understand what was being said. Funny not so much.
