Really disappointed waited for a week to get a ring in and to find out it doesn't fit. Also wasted money on gas and time comming out here. Only gave a extra star because there nice. Probably will be going to kays

My husband was inquiring about upgrading my wedding ring as a anniversary gift. We visited the Independence Store and was immediately greeted warmly by Joe L. Joe asked what brought us in and we began the search for the perfect diamond. Joe L. and the store manager, Troy answered all of our questions and made us feel like valued customers. They even expedited the work on my ring to ensure we had it for our anniversary. The end result was STUNNING and I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Helzberg, specifically the Independence location. Other locations (who shall remain nameless) could take customer service tips from Joe L. and Troy.
