  Ordered a pizza for take out and was told to come pick it up in 35-40 minutes. Got there in 35 minutes, several pizzas were sitting waiting for pick-up and it took several minutes for a staff member to come help me. After she checked the pizzas, she popped one in the pizza oven and told me it would be 6 minutes cooking. I asked if that was mine she just put in, to which she responded yes, they had down time so decided to take a break. I told the manager what happened, she didn't seem to care since they told me over the phone it would take 35-40 minutes. As I waited for my pizza, two additional pizza cooks came into the kitchen. Three staff members cooking that night, all taking breaks at the same time. The taco pizza was good, and they gave me a free breadstick.
