  Best place ever to buy winter coats and kitchen things and shoes and clothing for your whole family. I had no problems with this place. It was very clean and the workers there were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

  This is a very small Burlington Coat Factory location with somewhat poor choices for merchandise. A wealth of options is just not widely available at this particular location. Additionally, the sense of efficiency and speed for staff here is tragic. They move very very slowly, regardless of the number of patrons in the store. The only "plus" is that it is pretty well organized, and the majority of the items are located in their proper departments. Ladies, I wouldn't even waste my time on the shoes. Go to the South KC location for good options. It's a bust here!

  I needed just a couple of men's button-down collar Oxford shirts for my new job. I found a couple that I wanted to try on because I normally don't wear men shirts and they had alarms on them and the staff refused to take the alarms off so I could try the shirts on. I would have to pay for them first and go home and try them on. I thought what the heck? The place was dirty. The dressing rooms were stuffed with clothes and pins and just messy. The staff was rude and I had to wait in line for a very long time. Of course the shirts didn't work out and I ended up having to drive all the way back and return them. That process was a little less painful as the clerk was somewhat empathetic and relatively friendly. However, I will never go back.
