This is the worst place when it comes to customer service. Been hung up on twice. The 3rd call I was put on hold for 15min. Which I was already on my way up there just to resolved a problem that could have been easily resolved over the phone. You people need to learn about having believe on people and don't automatically assume the worst out of people. WHY IN THE WORD WILL YOU TELL ME ABOUT " A FRAUDULENT CHARGE THAT WAS HELD ON YOU AND TELL ME WE ARE SIMILAR? WELL MR. THERE IS NOTHING SIMULAR ABOUT YOU AND I BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ANYTHING FRAUDULENT ABOUT ME, AND YOU CALL YOURSELF AN ASSISTANT MANAGER? Please. You know what the say about people that like to Assume. Well you can make an ass out of yourself, but you surely won't make one out of me........Best Buy please retrain your customer service staff
